I'm at wit's end. ![]() ![]() The ONLY thing I can think of is it has something to do with the aftermarket memory I installed, but it works fine and hasn't otherwise given me any issues. I still have a year of AppleCare left as well but I am just not feeling optimistic about Apple actuallying being helpful. Now I'm trying to avoid having to bring my only computer to Apple just to be told they can't recreate the issue (unless support is going to actually leave the computer running for 24 hours and monitor it). That's always support's first suggestion. I've tried doing a time machine backup and reinstalling everything. I asked support if they can't look at these logs to figure out WHAT is causing it and they said they could not. Every time it reboots, there is a message box asking me if I want to submit the error to Apple. Seems to generally do so while asleep or soon after waking up.Īpple Remote Support was zero help. ![]() Relatively new iMac started rebooting randomly at least once a day a few months after purchase. ![]()
